Board Meeting Minutes and Financial Statements
Board meeting minutes are available through Simco's Condo Control page for Owners. Financial statements remain available by request — email info@mvtcondos.ca with your name and unit number, and the Board will reply with the documents attached.
Bylaws, Policies, Procedures, and Enforcement
The current bylaws for Mountain View Terraces provide the basis for the following policies
Current Policies and Procedures developed under the provisions of Section 5(g) of the Bylaws of the corporation
Bylaw Infraction Summary used for enforcing our policies and procedures
Living in Condominium Style means Community Living, which requires that we have courtesy and respect for one another
Real estate Signs Policy, in effect as of January 1st 2009 no signs are allowed on the property
Hard Floor Policy, in effect as of May 31 2019, the Board is no longer allowing hard flooring on the second or third floors
Visitor Parking Policy, effective March 1, 2008 only visitors will be allowed to use visitor parking
