Insurance InformationBuilding insurance is covered by the condominium corporation and is included in your condo fees. This covers the building structure, common areas, and shared elements.

Each owner is responsible for insuring their personal belongings, any improvements or upgrades to the unit, and personal liability. The Board strongly recommends all owners carry personal contents and liability insurance.

Annual insurance appraisal is completed by Reliance Asset each January. The Board reviews the appraisal before sending it to the insurance company.

Insurance renewal occurs each February.
